Lucy managed the catering for our wedding and it was a huge success. She designed the menu, prepared and cooked all the food and managed a team of 12 waiting staff on the day, all of which she managed seamlessly. Lucy had to use our kitchen at home (where the wedding was also held) to prepare and cook all the food, this was a major achievement as we had 20 family members for dinner the night before the wedding and around 10 people staying at the house, however, despite this Lucy just plodded away in the background quietly and efficiently.
The wedding day was a day to remember and I can’t thank Lucy enough for making it so. My husband and I just left Lucy to it and all of our guests were extremely complimentary of the food and how the catering was managed. I highly recommend Lucy’s catering services to everyone!
